Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

Products may be limited in quantity and are subject to return or exchange per our Return Policy.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
FootyChamp will try to ensure products and quantities are available at all times. However, availability cannot be guaranteed. If unavailable, customers will be notified as soon as possible.
PRODUCT QUALITY DISCLAIMER
Due to mass production and shipping, minor cosmetic imperfections (e.g. paint marks) may occur. These do not affect functionality. By purchasing, you accept that FootyChamp is not responsible for such minor flaws.
HANDLING
All orders dispatch from our warehouse within 2 business days. Tracked shipping is recommended and automatically included in all Australian orders.
FootyChamp is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged parcels, or shipments sent to incorrect addresses. For untracked parcels, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the carrier. Shipping costs are not refundable for delays caused by availability or delivery issues.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion. Limits may apply to quantities per customer, household, or order.
If we change or cancel an order, we may contact you via the details provided during checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and current account and purchase information and to update it as necessary so we can complete transactions and contact you if needed.
OPTIONAL TOOLS
